Eric E. Ebron, a proud alumnus of The Ohio State University (B.A.) and Friends University (MBA), has always harbored a deep-seated passion for creative writing, which was first ignited during a community college course. However, his ambition and drive to excel in the corporate world led him to temporarily set aside his artistic pursuits, dedicating his energy to developing systems and processes for the automotive and aerospace industries.

Joël Vuadens-Chan brings 36 years of corporate experience in banking, aviation, IT, insurance, and education. Before founding the Swiss Leaders Group—a global leadership, communication, and sales development firm—he served as Sales Director and Executive Board member at a Swiss insurance company.
An award-winning leader, Joël has also served as National Transformation Coordinator of Equip Leadership and supported several non-profits in Switzerland, the UK, and Malaysia. Known for his ethical, cross-cultural leadership, he is passionate about coaching leaders and teams to work in connected and value-driven ways.
