2025 - Career, Leadership, AI, and Technology (US)
Will Lukang is a dynamic change agent, diversity champion, and seasoned C-suite executive recognized for his expertise in leadership development and executive coaching. A dedicated servant leader, he believes true leadership is about serving others, nurturing talent, and fostering collaboration to achieve meaningful results.
Will is the co-author of The Character-Based Leader (2012) and author of Seeds of Leadership (2024), drawing on his extensive leadership experience to deliver impactful training and presentations on organizational development and talent management.
He holds an MBA from Iona College, a master’s degree from Seton Hall University, a Master’s Certificate from George Washington University, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Santo Tomas.

Donya Smida is a certified coach, hypnotist, and international speaker specializing in stress management and leadership. With 17 years of corporate experience managing a $100M portfolio and leading 30+ employees, she now empowers professionals to thrive without burnout through coaching, training, and speaking.
Featured on TED-Ed, Madame Figaro, and other platforms, Donya delivers impactful talks on leadership, stress management, and performance. Her mission is to help busy professionals reduce stress, gain clarity, and lead with confidence. A wife and mom of three, Donya is passionate about guiding others to achieve success while protecting their well-being.

2025 - Leadership (US)
Eric E. Ebron, a proud alumnus of The Ohio State University (B.A.) and Friends University (MBA), has always harbored a deep-seated passion for creative writing, which was first ignited during a community college course. However, his ambition and drive to excel in the corporate world led him to temporarily set aside his artistic pursuits, dedicating his energy to developing systems and processes for the automotive and aerospace industries.
Eric enjoys reading, writing, exercising, and relaxing on a lake or beach ocean-side. His goal is to write non-fiction self-help books that resonate with his generation of people, veterans, parents, up-and-comers, and those wanting to grow beyond the now.

Hiba Tanvir is a certified emotional intelligence (EI) practitioner, speaker, and CEO of HT Compassion. She helps leaders and organizations turn EI into a competitive advantage building resilience, reducing turnover, and creating thriving cultures.
Armed with an MBA and certifications from Harvard and the Gottman Institute, Hiba has spoken at CEO and HR summits, ISSA, and the Speaking Consulting Network, delivering energizing sessions that spark real change. Her global initiatives include youth, refugee, and women’s empowerment programs, with her work featured in The Dallas Morning News and Voice of America.
Known for her interactive style, Hiba champions EI as the real intelligence in today’s AI-driven world often using Play-Doh to unlock creativity, connection, and impact.

2025 - Leadership, AI, & Networking (Switzerland)
Joël Vuadens-Chan brings 36 years of corporate experience in banking, aviation, IT, insurance, and education. Before founding the Swiss Leaders Group—a global leadership, communication, and sales development firm—he served as Sales Director and Executive Board member at a Swiss insurance company.
An award-winning leader, Joël has also served as National Transformation Coordinator of Equip Leadership and supported several non-profits in Switzerland, the UK, and Malaysia. Known for his ethical, cross-cultural leadership, he is passionate about coaching leaders and teams to work in connected and value-driven ways.
As a trainer, university lecturer, and international speaker, he has delivered talks and workshops worldwide, including for MIT Professional Education, Regent’s University London, and Swiss Business School, as well as hosting and speaking on global platforms such as the WEF extended conference in Davos.

Neha Deshpande is an Agile enthusiast, TEDx speaker, international author, mentor, and trainer. Passionate about driving efficiency, innovation, and transformation, she shares powerful insights on leadership and growth at global platforms.
An active Toastmaster, Neha is recognized for her strong communication, calm leadership style, and positive outlook. Her motto, “When life gives you lemons, enjoy the lemonade,” reflects her inspiring approach to life and work.
A creative storyteller, she has contributed as editor of WO-BRIGHT magazine and co-author of Let’s Trance and Aashayein anthologies. With an engineering degree from COEP, Pune, Neha balances her thriving career with her family life, treasuring time with her husband and two daughters.
