Will Lukang is a transformation specialist, award-winning author, seasoned C-suite executive, international speaker, coach, and trainer, passionate about leadership development and executive coaching. His colleagues and clients know him as an intuitive, professional, skilled presenter who can build high-performing teams and consistently deliver innovative solutions and cost-effective results.
Nurturing talent in other people is Will’s number one priority because he believes the true measure of a leader is how well they serve others. The cornerstone of his servant leadership practice is leading by example, a value instilled in him by his father. He believes we can make a greater impact by acting with others rather than alone, because we can achieve incredible things with the proper support, motivation, and mission. Regardless of our position, title, or degree, finding and bringing out the best in others helps us bring out the best in ourselves.
Will released the award-winning book The Seeds of Leadership in 2024, leveraging his leadership experience and advanced education in leadership coaching. Earlier in 2012, he co-authored The Character-Based Leader. Released his third book, the award-winning Career Breakthrough Playbook, on October 8, 2025. He frequently designs and delivers practical training and powerful presentations for corporations and teams focused on organizational development and talent management.
